  • Sending your card to us

    We will send you an email with a prepaid label and tracking number attached (Prepaid labels are for USA orders only). Place your plastic card into any envelope and affix the label on the envelope and mail it out

  • Delivery of your card

    Once received, we will manufacture your new metal card within one business day. We will then email you the shipping tracking number and a photo of your new metal card. It will be shipped (along with your old plastic card) the same day via USPS Priority Mail (Fedex for international orders)

  • WILL THE METAL CARD WORK LIKE MY ORIGINAL CARD?

    Yes, your new luxury metal card does work in ATM machines and everywhere else. But just like any other metal card it is not really recommended to use these cards in any ATM that pulls the card completely into the machine. Due to the metal cards being heavier than plastic cards, some full insertion machineТs rollers may be too stiff to eject the card. It’s better if you only use part insertion devices, where you can always see part of the card, in order to remove it manually. In the very unlikely event that your metal card does get stuck in these ATM machines, simply walk into the branch with your ID to claim your card back.

  • DOES THE TAP AND PAY (NFC) FUNCTION STILL WORK?

    No, it will not. But you can always use your smartphone to enable tap and pay (NFC) with your phone. You can use apps like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc. for this.

  • DOES THE MAGNETIC STRIP WORK?

    Yes, we transfer the data from your plastic card over to the metal card.

  • WHAT CARD INFORMATION MAY BE CUSTOMIZED?

    Everything on the card can be customized. After all, it is your card and you can design it anyway you would like. We are here to help you with the design.

  • WHAT CAN I HAVE ON MY CARD?

    You are solely responsible for the content that you post/upload and Metal Credit Card Co. doesnТt assume liability for copyright and trademark infringements.

  • DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE ON THE CARDS?

    Yes, we do offer insurance for the cards. It is $99 for 2 year up to 2 replacement cards. This will cover lost or stolen cards, and bank re-issued cards. To qualify, please make sure you add this option when you place your order. It must be done at time of purchase. There is a $25 shipping and handling fee for each occurrence for US orders and $65 for international orders.

  • IS MY CARD SAFE WITH YOU?

    Yes! Metal Credit Card Co. takes the utmost care of your financial safety. We always recommend you СfreezeТ your card before shipping it to us. We DO NOT record any personal data. Our equipment does not store any personal data, it simply transfers from A to B.

  • Is my card compatable?

    We can upgrade almost any plastic card that has a chip and/or a magnetic strip. There are some rare chip types that are not compatible with our cards. We are unable to customise cards with these chips. Please contact us if you’re not sure about your chip type.
